Integration is not something you have to navigate alone. Every Gaian Rhythm guest receives ongoing support through group connection, individual outreach if needed, and the guidance of our integration specialist.
Our integration lead, Kate, offers a compassionate and grounded approach, drawing from both traditional healing wisdom and modern therapeutic methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic practices.
Kate also runs her own private practice, Inner Alchemy Integration, where she continues to support individuals on their healing paths beyond the retreat container.
She is available to help you process your experiences, deepen your understanding, and honor the unfolding of your healing journey.

Community That Continues Beyond Ceremony
Healing thrives in community. That's why every retreat group stays connected through a private Telegram chat that begins three weeks before the retreat and continues long after you return home. In this space, you can share insights, ask questions, and receive ongoing encouragement from your fellow travelers and our team.
We also invite all past guests into our private Facebook group, Gaian Grove, where monthly offerings like Roots and Reflections and Branching Out Day help keep our community connected, inspired, and supported year-round.
Gathering Together
Each year, we host the Annual Gaian Grove Gathering — a weekend camping trip and river float open to everyone who has sat in ceremony with us. It's a time to reconnect, celebrate, and deepen the friendships and bonds forged on the healing path.
